- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What a disappointment !! Penn Highlands Home Health can no longer do courtesy home visits to draw blood. I guess we will take mom , who is in her 90's and somewhat home bound to Punxsutawney Area Hospital as it is closer to our home. We have always used Penn Highlands but --things are changing -- it is no longer necessarily the one we will faithfully use.
