- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Brandy the woman who answers calls is terrible. Making problems instead of solving them. I don't understand how someone with so much bad attitude can have a job in customer service or any job at all for that matter! I called on behalf of my mom to ask for a letter for senior transportation, she refused and started yelling and screaming at me like I insulted her!! And hung up the phone!! Seriously?!? I'm in Human Resources and this is just unacceptable on all levels! It shows so much about the whole office and their ethics and work environment! Should have read their reviews on healthgrades website before I called!! Many people complaining about that terrible rude staff!!February 20, 2017by Me Shepelev
